Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals. Plan and oversee advertising, promotional activities, and product launches. Create and manage content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners. Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently. Track and analyze ROI for all marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
